Scope of Services The City of Chula Vista is seeking competitive proposals from software providers for an online software as a service (SaaS) public engagement platform. The primary purpose of the public engagement platform is to centralize and encourage public participation in City projects, programs, and initiatives, provide rich and intuitive tools for learning, and collect input. The platform should be flexible, interactive, user-friendly, and capable of supporting multiple public engagement projects simultaneously. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract for an initial term of two-years (24-months). The City will evaluate and determine the need for ongoing services, and, at the City’s option, the agreement will include eight (8) one-year options to renew, for a total possible term of ten (10) years.
