R--NON TACTICAL NETWORK SUPPORT SERVICES Amendment 03

The purpose of Amendment 03 is to provide Question and Answer 6 dated 25 September 2019. Please see attached. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. This is a brand new requirement and there is no incumbent contractor. 2. This is a re-compete of solicitation N00244-19-R-0047 which closed on FBO 09 September 2019. The nature of the requirement remains unchanged however; minor changes to evaluation language shall be noted. 3. Offerors are responsible for remaining abreast of all solicitation amendments up to date of closing. 4. “Cumulative Priceâ€� means: The price of both labor and ODCs for ALL years.
