Thurston PUD Glen Alder Mainline Replacement Estimated Cost of the Project: $397,000 INVITATION FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by Thurston PUD (District), located at 1230 Ruddell Rd. SE, Lacey, WA 98503 until 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023, for the general contract for replacing approximately 4,000 linear feet of 2-inch PVC mainline and 200 linear feet of 4-inch PVC mainline, along with a propane backup generator, 15 single service connections, and valves and appurtenances as noted in the scope of work. Contractors may obtain the contract documents by requesting them from the District at doug.piehl@thurstonpud.org at no cost. A certified or bank cashier’s check for 5 percent of the bid amount, payable to Thurston PUD, or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. The District shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the

bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. All applicants must have a DUNS number to submit a bid including subs.
