December 18th, 2019 (amendment 5)         1--Q&A uploaded (191218 Q&A S1) which provides clarification from a previous question/answer.          2 -- W9124V20Q00010005 30 and W9124V20Q00010005 1449 documents uploaded showing changes for amendment 5.          3 -- RFQ submission time changed from 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM on both block  8 of SF 1449 and contracting opportunites website.          4 -- AR 40-25 and G4G 2.0 added to PWS 6.0 "Applicable publications"          5 -- Pricing Schedule was discovered to have calculation errors.  Errors have been fixed and corrected version is being uploaded as "Pricing Schedule 2".  Previous version can not be deleted from soliciation.  Submitted pricing schedule sheets shall be re-entered during the evaluation process by the Government to verify accuracy and insure fairness.  Quotes that have already been submitted are not required to resubmit the Pricing Schedule unless there will be a change in meal pricing in any of the cells.

NAICS code is 722310 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. Product Service Code is S203.The date for the site visit is November 22, 2019 at 10:00 AM local (MST) time at Bldg 1011 on Sanaianda Dr, Fort Harrison, MT.  Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend and will require a valid ID and drivers license for access to Fort Harrison.  Attendees may request a strip map no later than November 19, at 1:00 PM via email request to adam.d.sackman.civ@mail.mil. Late requests risk not receiving the location information prior to the site visits. Attendee is responsible to verify receipt of email requesting strip map or directions. Interested quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. You will need your DUNS number in order to register and instruction are located on the site.
