Nick Fish at 10560 NE Halsey Street, Portland, Oregon 97220: approximately 8,751 SF of ground floor commercial space; of which 5,471 SF of
space have pending LOIs in place. The remaining 3,280 SF are included in this solicitation (in addition to any of the pending LOI space that may become available if those LOIs do not result in a tenant for those spaces.
