The U.S. Army PM PNT Modernization team develops emerging Position Navigation and Timing (PNT) capabilities. Describe and provide an example of your company’s experience producing, configuring, testing, and broadcasting radio frequency navigation signals to multiple simultaneous locations globally.2. At what frequency/frequencies is your company able to broadcast radio frequency navigation signals from Low Earth Orbit (LEO)? Describe the assigned spectrum that your company owns or leases.3. The US Army PM PNT Modernization requires the ability to broadcast radio frequency navigation signals from LEO satellites. Describe and provide an example of your company’s experience broadcasting radio frequency navigation signals from LEO.4. The U.S. Army PM PNT Modernization requires engineering services in support of the capability. Describe and provide an example of your company’s experience developing and maintaining software that both produces and receives radio frequency navigation signals, integrates the receiver into user equipment, develops software to produce and receive the signals, and maintains the software required in the Ground Control segment.5. The U.S. Army PM PNT Modernization requires a robust and secure network to command and control the satellite system and data including uplinks and downlinks. Describe and provide an example of your company’s experience configuring, maintaining, and repairing networked systems to a NIST 800-171 standard, deploy system patches as needed, procure and maintain all IT infrastructure in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. 6. The U.S. Army PM PNT Modernization values support and service. Describe and provide an example of your company’s experience managing, maintaining, and repairing satellite communications equipment and software, responding to trouble tickets, and remedying issues. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Secret Facility Clearance. Please provide your current Facility Clearance level.SOURCES SOUGHT: The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 517410 (Satellite Telecommunications), with the corresponding size standard of $38.5M.
