STATE OF ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION & PUBLIC FACILITIES (DOT&PF) CENTRAL REGIONINVITATION TO BIDSealed bids for Peger Road Engineering & Contracts Building Roof Replacement, Project Number 2501000064, will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 15, 2024 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.This state funded project includes all necessary construction services as required to replace the existing roof with a new EPDM roofing system at the Peger Tech Services building at the Department of Transportation Complex at 2301 Peger Road in Fairbanks, Alaska.A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00am on Thursday May 2, 2024 at the project location. Those interested need to submit their names to the project manager, Lauren Staft, at lauren.staft@alaska.gov a minimum of 24 hours prior to the site visit. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30,
