Main and Gates Development Partner

The City of Elk River’s Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain input from qualified developers, businesses, brokers, and/or organizations (Respondents) that are interested in a great redevelopment opportunity in the heart of Elk River. The HRA recently acquired property for redevelopment at the intersection of Main Street and Gates Avenue and refers to the property as the Main and Gates site. With this RFI the HRA seeks to assess the interest of Respondents who can work together with the HRA and the City of Elk River to realize the Main and Gates site’s highest and best development potential. The HRA is presently marketing the site. The HRA may also elect to utilize a Request for Proposal (RFP) process in selection of a development partner of the site following review of RFI
