Title: Randolph County Health Department Renovations Deadline: 3/28/2023 2:00 PM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) Status: Open Description: The project consists of approximately 17,755 sf building renovation that is for the Owner’s use. Renovation consists new metal stud & gypsum walls, new carpet tile, ceramic tile, vinyl composition tile flooring, new ceiling tile/grid, new interior doors frames and hardware, new casework, and new aluminum transaction windows. The renovation includes partial plumbing, mechanical and electrical system replacement. No site work is included. The project includes all other work as shown, indicated, or reasonably implied on the drawings and/or specifications for a complete, first class job. Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 3/15/2023 10:00 AM Pre-Bid Meeting Details: An open pre-bid meeting will be held for all interested bidders on Wednesday March 15, 2023 --- 10:00am ---- Project Site, 2222 S.
