The City of College Station (City) is soliciting Proposals (RFP’s) from commercial real estate brokers for the sale of real property owned by the City of location and located at Corporate Parkway and Midtown Drive in College Station, Texas.
 
It is the intent of the City of College Station to enter into a General Services Contract with the successful firm to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal. Although the cost of services to be provided is an essential part of this RFP, the City is not obligated to award a contract on the sole basis of cost.  Award of the contract shall be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the best

value resulting from negotiations, taking into consideration the relative importance of price and other factors set forth in this request for proposal.

a

and objective evaluation, all questions and
inquiries

this
Request
for
Proposal
shall
be
addressed
in

through
the
Bidding System.
The

for written

2:00 p.m. CST on Monday, June 14, 2021.
