You are invited to submit a bid for the Marathon County Regional Forensic Science Center. Miron Construction Co., Inc., is the Construction Manager for the Owner. Marathon County Regional Forensic Science Center is a roughly 20,000 square foot new building being built at the campus of North Central Technical College. The project consists of multiple autopsy rooms, an observation room, x-ray, cooler and freezer, organ/tissue recovery, and office spaces. The Bidding Documents dated 3/15/2024 cover the entire project as described in the specifications and the drawings mentioned therein, as prepared by Venture Architects, 2122 W. Mount Vernon Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53233. Bids received after this time may not be accepted. Bids will be opened, reviewed, and qualified publicly by the Owner at 1000 Lakeview Drive, Door 35 Conference Room. Bid acceptance is subject to acceptance by the Owner. Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Venture Architects, and Miron Construction Co., Inc., exclusively on the Bid Form provided. Submitted bids are to be clearly labeled with “BID PROPOSAL FOR THE MARATHON COUNTY REGIONAL FORENSIC SCIENCE CENTER” and are to show contract(s) included in bid proposal. Combination bids are acceptable. Only one Bid Form per Proposal, but any bidder may submit more than one Proposal.
