Intent to Sole Source: Ethernet Private Line Services

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a fixed price purchase order to DoCoMo Pacific, 890 South Marine Drive, Tamuning, GU 96913, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.The EOUSA anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to DoCoMo Pacific for Ethernet Private Line point to point service.The requirements are to provide 100Mbps Ethernet Private Line point to point service with 100Mb/1G cooper based CAT6 compatible interfaces between the US Attorney’s Office located at 108 Herman Cortez Ave, Hagatna, Guam and the US Attorney’s Office at 1671 Gualo Rai Road, Northern Mariana Island, Saipan. In addition, provide a 50Mbps Ethernet Private Line point to point circuit with 100Mb/1G cooper based CAT6 compatible interfaces for service between the US Attorney’s Office located at 108 Herman Cortez Ave, Hagatna, Guam and the Guam Federal

Courthouse at 520 W Solwdad Ave, Hagatna, Guam.The following are the installation and support requirements: Construct, install and maintain the Ethernet service and demarcation point and connections to interior wiring in Government building in a safe and reliable manner and in conformance with applicable federal regulations and national professional codes; provide all labor and materials required for the system installation; begin actions for service interruptions no later than 24 hours after the service issue becomes known; provide on-site technical support, no later than twenty-four (24) hours after request and during the hours of 7:30 am - 4:30 pm local Monday through Friday, to include system administration, technical guidance, configuration management and/or system troubleshooting and unscheduled service Interruptions, routine and emergency repair/maintenance services shall be coordinated and announced to the customer 48-hours in advance.The period of performance will be a base year and four (4) one year option years.This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
