RFP for IT Support Services Project Description :The Town of Calmar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Proponent to supply the IT Support Services to Team Calmar. Our organization has 17 permanent staff and 5 Councillors, and we typically have a few seasonal staff joining for summertime. The objectives for this opportunity are: a) Maintain a secure network and environment at all times. b) Operate within an efficient IT ticket system that enables fast problem resolution either remotely and/or on-site, pending what is required. c) Keep Team Calmar connected and competitive. d) Offers sustainable solutions that can be integrated into the Town’s operational and capital financial planning. e) Support strong communication between Team Calmar and the Proponent.
