The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to issue a Boundary Crossing Permit at McGrath Airport to Joaquin Investments, Inc.,( ADA-09331, Parcel F), whose property lies along the northernmost boundary of the McGrath Airport, parallel to taxiway “B”, as depicted on the attached graphics. The Permit will be issued in accordance with Alaska Administrative Code 17 AAC 45.285. Annual Rent consists of: $513.38 (3,149.6 sq.ft x $0.163), Annual Boundary Crossing Rental Fee of $1,637.00, for a total Annual Fee of $2,150.38. Authorized uses: Aeronautical Boundary Crossing.Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 25, 2019, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Permit. The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment, objection or competing applications to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
