MUKILTEO SCHOOL DISTRICT GC/CM Services Submittal Date: October 13, 2020 2:00 PM REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)CHALLENGER & HORIZON ELEMENTARY RENOVATION & ADDITION PROJECT The Mukilteo School District will be accepting Proposals, including statements of qualifications, from capable General Contractor/Construction Manager (“GC/CM”) firms or teams for the development and construction of the Mukilteo School District’s Challenger & Horizon Elementary Renovation & Addition Projects, which are located at Challenger Elementary School and Horizon Elementary School, both located in City of Everett. The School District intends to award this Contract utilizing a competitive negotiation process authorized by RCW 39.10. The Request for Proposals document may be obtained through the Mukilteo School District Capital Projects Office.
