TOWN OF LOOMIS PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Notice Inviting Contractors to Register and be Placed on the Town’s Informal Bidding Contractor’s List RE: Maintenance of Informal Bidder’s List of Contractors (Pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 22000 et seq.) START DATE: 12/1/22 END DATE: Continuous ATTN: State Licensed Contractors and Trade Journals This notice is to invite Contractors wishing to be notified of project bidding opportunity, to submit their firm’s information for inclusion in the Town’s Contractor Directory. The Town of Loomis has adopted the Uniform Construction Cost Accounting Act which allows it to award public works construction contracts using informal bidding procedures. The Act requires that that the Town establish and update a list of qualified contractors annually.
