BRUCE, FLORIDA  32455 The Muscogee Nation Greenhouse project requires licensed General Contractors to construct a new greenhouse on Parcel 20-1N-17-04000-037-0000, located at 278 Church Road, Bruce, Florida  32455.  The project must include constructing the 40'x140' greenhouse on a 8750 sf concrete pad.  The greenhouse is to be designed with food safety, bio-security, energy efficiency and maximum environmental control, natural ventilation, A-frame peaked roof, insulated metal on north end wall,

polycarbonate sidewalls, insect screening, automated shade system over the crop area, double door entry way, doors, horizontal air flow fans and meet all state and local codes, including wind load.

ITB DEADLINE: 
June 16, 2019 no later than 10:00AM   May 23, 2019 at 2:00PM local time and will immediately open thereafter.


LATE BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE AFOREMENTIONED DEADLINE DATE, EITHER BY MAIL OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED. 
THE TIME OF RECEIPT WILL BE
DETERMINED BY THE TIME RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING AGENT'S OFFICE, WHETHER THAT TIME IS BY HAND DELIVERY OR MAIL. 
IT IS THE BIDDERS SOLE RESPONSIBLITY FOR SUBMITTING BIDS THAT MEET ALL PROVISIONS OF THE ITB, AND FOR, ASSURING THAT BIDS ARE RECEIVED AT THE MUSOGEE NATION OF FLORIDA .
