NOTICE OF MEETINGSALASKA HOUSING CAPITAL CORPORATION (AHCC) ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING AND THE ALASKA HOUSING CAPITAL CORPORATION (AHCC) ANNUAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING THE AHCC ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING will meet at 9:30 a.m. on April 24, 2024 at Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska. THE AGENDA will include: A. Approval of the April 26, 2023 Annual Membership Meeting Minutes; B. Election of AHCC Board Members, if any; C. Delivery of Fiscal Year 2023 annual report; D. Any other matters to properly come before the board. THE AHCC ANNUAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING will meet immediately following the adjournment of the AHCC Annual Membership Meeting on April 24, 2024 at Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska. THE AGENDA will include: A. Approval of the April 26, 2023 Annual Board of Directors Meeting Minutes; B. Organization of the Board; 1. Board Members’ Oaths of Office;

2. Election of AHCC Officers; C. Overview of AHCC Appropriations and Fund Balance; D. Resolution no. 2024-01: Approval of fiscal year 2023 annual report E. Any other matters to properly come before the board. ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b). THE PUBLIC is invited to participate by teleconference calling 330-8452 three days prior to the scheduled meeting and requesting the access code. Pertinent reference materials, if used, will be made available to those members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting. AHFC COMPLIES with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
