All brine waste transportation and disposal will be from the District’s Ion Exchange Treatment Plants listed below. In an effort to avoid the challenges of coordinating service between the hauler and the disposal facility, the District intends to award a contract to a firm that is a properly permitted as a disposal facility and equipped with its own trucks for hauling. Within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award, the Successful Contractor must furnish the District with the Certificates of Insurance and endorsement forms proving coverage as specified in the attached agreement and execute a written agreement with CVWD.
