The City of Wilton Manors, Florida is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firm or project team, to conduct a market analysis and branding strategy study for its commercial corridors.  The purpose of the study is to help the City analyze real estate and market conditions, support market positioning, develop marketing and branding strategy, and engage community stakeholders in order to enhance economic development along its major commercial corridors.  Service shall be in full accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in this Request for Proposal.
