Solicitation Number: SP3300-20-R-5007Notice Type: PresolicitationSynopsis:Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution has identified a requirement for a Consolidated Warehouse contract to include the efforts required to design, install, integrate, test, and make operational, one (1) new Consolidated Warehouse System DLA Distribution Korea (DDDK). The requirement will be advertised under solicitation SP3300-20-R-5007.The Consolidated Warehouse is a general purpose warehouse which will be completed in November 2020.  This is a two story 250,000 square foot facility.  The stack height is minimum 25 ft. from floor level to the bottom of any obstruction.  The scope of the contract covers the necessary services, labor, material, equipment and control components required to provide a new automated materials handling and storage/retrieval system for the DLA Distribution facility.This acquisition will be solicited unrestricted pursuant to full and open competition under FAR part 12 Acquisition

of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. Contract award will be made on the basis of competition in accordance with FAR 15.101-1 Trade-Off Process. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that contract award will be made in September 2020.The NAICS code and Size Standard are 333922 and 500 employees, respectively. There will be no advance notification of amendment/modification/solicitation issuance. Prospective offerors are advised to consult the website frequently to check for the issuance of amendments/modifications and/or solicitations.The tentative timeframe for issuance of the Request for Proposal for the above stated requirement is on or around the week of 01 April 2020.
