The City of Winooski (City) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms qualified to provide water resources engineering services. The purpose of this request for qualifications (RFQ) is to prequalify firms for qualifications-based selection (QBS) procurement. Terms of prequalification are three years with the possibility of up to two one-year extensions. DPW staff will evaluate the SOQs and retain them on file for consideration of future procurement.
