Any hard copy submissions, submissions via email, flash-drives or late submissions will be retained in the file unopened and will be considered disqualified.It is the responsibility of the proposer to see that any electronically submitted proposal(s) shall have sufficient time to be received by the County's eProcurement Portal before the proposal submittal deadline.
