This RFP is comprised of 2 packages that will be separately evaluated and awarded: Package A - Data Analytics Platform and Package B - Transportation-related Data ,including location-based geospatial transportation data set . Qualified Vendors may submit proposal responses for one or both packages. SALES TAX: Do not include sales tax in your solicitation response. The City will work with the selected vendor to establish the applicable tax for contract award. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: Any quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit
