Information Contact Info Sandra Fernandez, 951-703-4408 sfernandez@eastvaleca.gov Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Eastvale is seeking Qualified respondents to provide ongoing streetlight operation and maintenance (O&M) services for all streetlights owned and operated by the City which includes approximately 4,323 street poles, totaling 4,357 light bulbs (68 Pre-Retrofit Metal Halide Decorative lamps, 2 Pre-Retrofit HPS Cobra lamps, and 4,287 Post-Retrofit LED Cobra lamps). Most of the streetlights were originally acquired under the LS2-B rate structure and maintenance responsibility. Other Details The City is seeking firms to perform Maintenance, Installation (as-needed), LED Procurement (as-needed), Removal and Disposal, Install House-Side Shields (as-needed), Record Documents and Update GIS System, Provide a Call Center and Online Work Order Management System, Provide a Storage Facility, and other additional services.
