PREMISES: Lot 10B, Block 23, consisting of approximately 251,255 square feet.
LEASE TERM: 40 years.
LEASE RENTAL RATE: $.18 per square foot per year.
PROPOSED
AUTHORIZED USES: 100% Aeronautical. Use of the property for aircraft related business, flight operations, support, and storage including: an aircraft hangar, on demand aircraft charter, medivac, helicopter, fuel sales, aircraft storage, aircraft maintenance, aviation support offices, aircraft equipment and parts support storage, employee, and guest vehicle parking.The lease file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Leasing Office of Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located
in Room C3980 on the third floor of the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.
