The City of Fresno is developing pre-approved ADU standard construction plans for customers to use on existing single-family home lots. The five ADU standard plans will be made available for the community to use free of charge. The approved standard plan drawings require the option of residential fire sprinkler systems per 2019/2022 California Building Standards Codes. To ensure the City of Fresno has all components of the standard plans available to the public, the city is requesting proposals to supply the fire sprinkler plans for each of the five ADU standard plans.
