(See Solicitation in WEBS for Details) Project Description: Enterprise Services intends to conduct a competitive procurement to establish and award a statewide Master Contract for eligible purchasers to procure heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services in select Counties across the State of Washington. This Solicitation is a re-opening of Contract No. 02919 to award contracts for the counties not awarded under the previous solicitation as detailed below. Commodity Codes: 992-47 HVAC system testing, balancing and/or

troubleshooting services, 914-50 HVAC, 941-55 HVAC systems maintenance and Repair, Power Plant., 914-84 Construction (other), 910-36 HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services. Preference/priority points: Executive Order 18-03 – Workers’ Rights (Mandatory employee arbitration and class action waivers); Washington small business; Certified veteran-owned business.
