If Supplier enters into a contract with a subcontractor to perform work or provide services pursuant to this Agreement, Supplier shall likewise require the subcontractor to comply with the requirements of §448.095, Fla. Stat., and the subcontractor shall provide to Supplier an affidavit stating that the subcontractor does not employ, contract with or subcontract with an unauthorized alien. Supplier shall maintain a copy of such affidavit for the duration of the contract. We will be offering a summer program and is looking for a company to provide instruction in the various Art disciplines to our students. The program consists of 6-8th grade students, operates 4 days per week for a total of 7 weeks from mid-June to the end of July. We are looking for instructors to come into our operating sites (local middle schools) to deliver content for approximately 50 students (broken into groups of up to 20 per group), 2-4 days per week (depending on location), for approximately 1 hr. per day in an in-person format.
