This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached.The solicitation number is 70Z035-22-CUTOVER4303 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101.This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS.NAICS CODE: 721110Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. Minimum Requirements: Furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom single occupancy unit to include kitchen facilities and parking for a minimum of 02 vehicles.
