Prior work experience with asbestos abatement. This experience can include subcontractors. 2. The individual and their supervisor performing the asbestos removal must be certified to remove asbestos with the Department of Environmental Quality with the State of Utah. 3. Become familiar with the partial TerraTech phase II reports and the supplemental chart as provided. The phase II reports can be requested by emailing Quinn at qbennion@vernacity.org 4. Enter a professional services agreement with Vernal City which requires liability and worker's compensation insurance. Special Requirements: Proposers must submit on original copy of their proposal. Submittals are to be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal-asbestos project " and received a the City no later than Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 4:00 pm OR the Proposal can be emailed to carlmortonvernalcity.org.
