This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation Number 140P8218Q0030 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), to provide preventive maintenance to the HVAC systems located at American Memorial Park, Saipan, MP. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-98, May 31, 2018.This acquisition is a 100% small business set aside, using NAICS 238220, Plumbing, heating and air-conditioning Contractors, size standard $15 million. The contractor who is selected for this project will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to

complete the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The work will be performed within the American Memorial Park in Saipan.The provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation.
