Project: Core Banking Solution Ref. #: PPC-2024-CIDB-018-RFP Type: RFP Status: Open Open Date: Apr 9th 2024, 3:00 PM EST Questions Due Date: Never Close Date: May 3rd 2024, 3:00 PM EST Days Left: 7 Project Description:CIDB is searching for a new core banking system that can provide several benefits to the bank, including:  Improved customer experience: A new banking system can provide customers with a more convenient and personalized banking experience (i.e. statements & reporting) in addition to presenting CIDB with new opportunities to introduce client self-management tools.  Reduced costs: Automating many of the manual processes that are currently required. Currently, increasing the number of staff for services like Fraud Prevent and Transaction verification has been indicated in recent audits\inspections. Although initially creating a significant expense, the savings are developed over time by negating the immediate need for additional staff and the supporting costs for them. 

Increased efficiency: Increase efficiency by streamlining their operations with our limited number of staff. This should lead to faster processing times and improved customer service.  Enhanced security: Help to improve our security by implementing the latest security measures. An example would be automated alerts to system and account changes, preventing fraudulent transactions.  Dependable Support: Issues that are flagged must be resolved in a timely manner. Selected providers must demonstrate an established track record of quality product support.
