DOCUMENT 001113 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOOELE CITY CORPORATION, 90 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH, 84074 General Notice: Tooele City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Vine Street Sidewalk Improvements. Separate sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received by the Owner in Room 227 at the Tooele City municipal offices located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah 84074, until Thursday, February 9, 2023 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly and read. Digital bid submittals will not be accepted. The Project includes the following Work: connecting two existing sections of combination curb, gutter, and sidewalk by excavation, preparation of subgrade, installing and preparing base course, pouring curb and gutter and sidewalk, asphalt paving between the new curb and the existing street, and incidental work. Bids will be received for a single contract. The Project is expected to be substantially

completed by May 31, 2023, and complete by June 15, 2023. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
