NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE MARIJUANA CONTROL BOARD Eff. 3/22/2024On January 31, 2024, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulations in 3 AAC 306. The regulations concern security interest transfers.The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed, and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on February 21, 2024, and are effective on March 22, 2024. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations. The regulation changes will first appear in Register 249, April 2024, of the Alaska Administrative Code.Updated unofficial regulations will be posted on AMCO’s website no later than 3/22/2024. https://www.commerce.alaska.gov/web/amco/ Kristina Serezhenkov Regulations Specialist Alcohol and Marijuana Control Office
