Crosswalks at various intersections will also be upgraded to horizontal bar style crosswalks. The City of Toledo will perform the labor necessary for completing the project. Other Details BID SUBMISSION Bids for this project can be accepted via e-bid though the City of Toledo’s PlanetBids portal. Bids prices shall be to two (2) decimal places (i.e. $0.00). Only one (1) price per line item will be accepted with this bid.
