Scope : Montgomery County intends to enter into a contract with an Engineering firm (the “Engineer”) to provide technical services necessary to inspect and recommend repair and maintenance for all types of SWM BMPs. The Inspection Program is responsible for inspecting all BMPs under County jurisdiction on a triennial basis, including BMPs located on residential, commercial, private institutional, non-profit, and religious property, as well as on public school, County, and Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) properties.
