The plans and technical specifications for this requirement will only be available upon solicitation issuance.PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB),W912P518B0010, for the Center Hill Restoration projected located in Lancaster, Tennessee. This construction project consists of the following construction activities: restoring Eisenhower Park, main

dam work platform reconfiguration, erosion control, culvert replacement and grading, concrete pavement and paving with asphalt overlay, stormwater drainage improvements and some erosion control mitigation on the ends of the dam.This is a Pre-Solicitation notice, the full solicitation with all drawings and specifications is expected to be issued in March 2018. A tentative site visit is scheduled for 29 March 2018 at 10:00 AM CDT, participants will meet at: Center Hill Dam, 270 Lancaster Road, Lancaster, TN 38569. This tentative site visit date is subject to change. Please reference the solicitation, when issued, for the official site visit information.There will be one organized site visit. No other site visit will be permitted. The solicitation will contain detailed instructions pertaining to registering to attend the site visit.
