IFB-6-C-016-19 - City Hall HVAC Replacement City of Olathe Description:The work consists of the following: The removal and replacement of the existing HVAC equipment, to include the central plant and associated equipment and the boilers and associated equipment. Reference the attached drawings and specifications for detailed information. Work that is included in this scope and to be included in the bid submittal; 1. Replacement of the existing central plant and boiler equipment per the attached drawings. 2. Relocation of existing exterior HVAC equipment per the attached drawings. 3. Protection of all areas and surfaces that are not specifically part of this project scope. 4. Area cordoning to prevent worksite contamination into other spaces still open to the public. 5. Worksite safety. 6. Worksite maintenance and cleanliness. 7. Open coordination with city representative and staff and other contractors that will be on site and performing work not associated with this project. 8.

Coordinating parking lot closures and restrictions with owner and provide temporary parking signage as necessary. 9.
