GC/MS Single Quad System Maintenance

1. Introduction/ PurposeThe Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is issuing this Sources Sought to identify qualified and capable industry sources (from both large and small businesses) for providing a preventative maintenance agreement for the Agilent Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) Single Quad System, including associated components. The services provided shall include preventative maintenance equal to the Agilent CrossLab Silver Service Plan (Government and Academia); which provides both annual service and preventative maintenance.This Sources Sought is being conducted for market research purposes only. Responding to this Sources Sought does not guarantee an award of a contractual agreement, nor does the Government guarantee that a solicitation will be issued as a result of this Sources Sought.2. CROSSLAB SILVER (Government and Academia) GC/MS Single Quad System and components• Agilent GC/MS 5977 Turbo System - GM-0R009 (System Handle)• Agilent 5977B MSD Bundle - US1650R009 (Serial Number)• Agilent 7890 B Series GC Custom - US16513009 (Serial Number)All service parts must be Agilent (Brand Name Only) including consumables/supplies required for repair.The vendor must provide a certified Agilent technician for this service.2.2. Additional RequirementsThe period of performance shall have a duration of 1 Base Year and 4 Option Years, for a total of 5 years.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) # 811219 - "Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance" is being contemplated for this requirement.3.
