Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (Owner) for the project entitled A.H. Stephens State Park Group Shelter in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents.
This project scope of work consists of renovating an existing pool house structure into a group shelter. This includes the addition of an assembly hall, exterior porches, new ADA accessible entry, rock work and a fire pit.
GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
