Leased Office and Administrative Space for Syracuse City School District (SCSD) Administrative Offices The City of Syracuse (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from property owners and/or authorized representatives of commercial office space located within the municipal boundary of Syracuse, NY to house Syracuse City School District (the “District”) administrative personnel. The District will be relocating administrative employees from their existing site located at 725 Harrison Street and Madison Street (Tax Map No. 048.-17-02.1). The City of Syracuse is seeking proposals with particular emphasis placed on those that: 1) provide functionality for all purposes and programs for educators and administrators; 2) offer accessibility for staff; and 3) align with the City’s objective to achieve fiscal sustainability. The District is seeking approximately 32,000 to 40,000 square feet, designed to be occupied by 140 to 150 administrative staff from the SCSD.
