This Contract will be awarded to

one Bidder, who will be known as the Successful Bidder. The purpose of this RFT is three-fold: Acquire additional Ordr licences to support the growing needs of SJHH’s cybersecurity program. Provide a maintenance service to current and future Ordr hardware sensors and control systems hardware Establish a multi-year agreement to purchase additional software licences, other Ordr related software or hardware, and maintenance and professional services to support and expand SJHH’s Ordr platform. Subject to St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton’s reserved rights and privileges set out in this RFT, the Contract shall be awarded to the bidder that submitted the compliant Bid with the lowest Procurement Value. Bidders are advised that other healthcare organizations within St. Joseph’s Health System (SJHS), as well as other healthcare organizations within the Ontario Health regions: West, Toronto, Central, East, North West and North East may participate in the resulting Contract under the same terms and conditions. As a result, bidders should consider while preparing their Bids that volume quantities may be significantly higher than the estimated quantities provided in this Request for Tender.
