The Industry Day will be held at the following location:Conference Room 116Building 6417104 South Warthog Dr., Grissom ARB, IN 46971.REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:Any contractor who wants to attend the Industry Day will be required to follow the access restrictions. These restrictions must be adhered to and are as follow:An updated applicant release form is attached and must be utilized.The dates are for the day prior to the industry day and after so an individual is able to allow for time to get the pass the day prior.Nothing else is needed, however it is strongly recommended to show up the day prior to get your pass, it can take a while depending on the number of individuals

entering and the person entering.The due date for submittal of the application is April 17th. All forms must be wet signed by the person requesting access or SFS won't process them. Failure to submit to both of the individuals above could result in your application not being submitted.DESCRIPTION:The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue Solicitations for multiple projects located at Grissom Air Reserve Base. This includes but is not limited to the descriptions provided below:Project 1 - Design/Bid/Build - Add/Alter Aircraft Maintenance Hangar - Expand Nose Dock #5, FAC 437, into an aircraft hangar by making the following additions and alterations: extend metal building, concrete floor slab and foundations, truss and column steel frame, standing seam metal roof; add brick wainscot, high expansion foam fire suppression system, automatic aircraft doors; correct Occupational Safety and Health deficiencies; and provide handicap access. Upgrade electrical service and distribution, modernize male and female latrines. Security improvements include modified support structure, additional exterior lighting, AECS access control, fragment control windows. Solicitation number W912QR19R0047.Project 2 - Design/Bid/Build - Aerial Port Facility - Construct a new masonry facility to house the aerial port function to include: shop space, warehouse space, offices, loading docks, parking, driveways, utility connections, security fencing, security lighting and landscaping with vehicular access to the flight line and base supply. Solicitation Number W912QR19R0044.Project 3 - Design/Bid/Build - Repair and Replace Airfield Lighting - Repair the airfield lighting system by replacing the airfield lighting cables, replacing the duct banks through which the cables are routed, and replacing or upgrading the following airfield lighting subsystems to which the cables provide power: Runway Edge Lights, Taxiway Edge Lights, Runway Distance Remaining Signs, Runway 05 and 23 Approach Lights (home runs only), Runway 05 and 23 PAPis, and Runway 05 and 23 Wind Socks.Project 4 - Design/Bid/Build - Renovate Squad Ops Facility 663 - Renovation project for Bldg 663 to include roofing, large scale interior reconfiguration, upgrades to electrical, HVAC, Comm, FP systems, and interior/exterior finishes.Project 5 - Design/Bid/Build - Repair MPA Pavement Rows E & F - Repair Mass Parking Apron (MPA) Pavement at Rows E&F, Facility 991, to meet the existing base mission needs for KC-46 aircraft.Project 6 - Design/Bid/Build - Repair Roofs - Replace the roof, gutter, downspouts, metal supports, insulation, and provide lighting protection system on Nose Docks 1 & 3, Facilities 438, 439.Project 7 - Design/Build - Construct Allied Support for GANST - Provide all material, labor, equipment, design, and supervision required to install Global ANST Antennae and Equipment.Project 8 - Design/Build - Relocate Grissom Avenue and Repair Intersection - Construct a new route for Grissom Avenue in the vicinity of the Wing HQ B596 and construct traffic circle at intersection.TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS:These projects will individually be solicited via Request for Proposal (RFP) and each solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for these projects will be 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.TYPE OF SET-ASIDE:Projects #1 and #2 will be unrestricted procurements. As such, in accordance with FAR 19.1307 the HUBZone price preference will be applicable to the respective solicitations.The remaining Projects 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are pending completion of the Government's market research efforts before any potential set-aside is decided.
