These services are essential for a variety of upcoming utility undergrounding projects within the City of Pasadena.The civil construction firm will be responsible for delivering comprehensive construction solutions, including but not limited to planning, design, management, and implementation of civil construction tasks. These tasks may encompass a range of projects such as infrastructure development and other civil works as required by the Power Delivery Unit.BackgroundAs a community-owned utility, Pasadena Water and Power is a not-for-profit public service owned and operated by the City of Pasadena for the benefit of its customers and the community. Our priorities are reliability, responsiveness to customers, reasonable rates and environmental stewardship. We measure our success not by profits but by how reliable and affordable our services are. PWP provides electricity to more than 65,000 customers within Pasadena.
