Description: Notice is hereby given that the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept sealed bids on behalf of the Georgia Department of Veterans Service (Owner) for the project entitled Russell Building Interior Paint & Repairs in strict conformity with bidding and contract documents. The project consists of interior prep and painting of the CMU walls in the (59) Resident Rooms; cut-out and re-caulking all window joints on the interior of the building, including Resident Rooms and Dayrooms; replacing door jamb armor guards; replacing existing Elevator rubber flooring with a 2’-0” x 2’-0” raised dome rubber tile; replacing damaged acoustical tile ceilings at windows; cleaning water streaks on wall armor under the Resident Room windowsills. All work is within the Russell Building on the GWVH campus. GSFIC will use the e-Builder Project Management system to receive, review and store contractor bids and supporting documents.
