This RFQ/RFP is the first step in what may be up to a two-step process for selecting a Design/Build Contractor for the Project as provided by Texas Education Code §51.780(f), and provides the information necessary to prepare and submit Qualifications/Request for Proposal for

consideration and initial ranking by Owner. Based on the initial ranking, Owner may select up to five (5) of the top-ranked respondents to this RFQ/RFP to participate in the second step of the process, Interviews.
