Each of the four sites has two (2) commercial wall units, and a lead lag controller. The selected vendor will provide equipment, materials, and labor. Current HVAC system is original to the build date of the structure. All sites have between 2.5- 5 ton wall units with a lead lag controller. Each sites’ HVAC system is also Ethernet capability for remote alarming. It is expected that the replacement units and materials be of similar service life. The selected Contractor will furnish all labor and equipment and materials to execute services for the four

telecommunication tower locations.
