Stephen Stroud Way.Attendance is mandatory in order for a proposal to be considered for award. Proposals from proposers who do not attend, who do not arrive before 10:00 AM, or who are not present for the entire pre-proposal conference will not be considered for award. This will be the only opportunity to view the work location.
