Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.106-1(b)- Soliciting From A Single Source and FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.The Kentucky Air National Guard Recruiting, 1101 Grade lane Louisville, KY 40213 has a requirement to procure the following items:Line Item 0001:     2 JOB Two (2) Louisville Football Game – game dates/times TBDLine Item 0002:            3 JOB Three (3) Women’s Basketball GamesLine Item 0003:            1 JOB One (1) Men’s Basketball GaLine Item 0004:            1 JOB One (1) BaseballThe intent of the Sole Source Award to University of Louisville to gain access for advertising and recruiting. Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition or unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement. Additionally, unique

supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of sources.
